“...I have more clarity on what I value, and how to carry those values through my life (inclusive of work life). [Now] I feel more empowered to make work “work” for me.”
“When I started coaching, I set out to identify fears around some career choices I was facing...working with Jess helped me to find clarity and peace around some conflict areas by better understanding myself .”
“[I learned] how to take my seemingly far-out dreams and make them a reality brick by brick and test paths (or quash my fears) through lightweight experiments.”
“I came to Jess with conviction to find satisfaction in my job, and ended our time together recognizing that it's okay for that satisfaction to come outside of my job.”

You'll want to make sure you set aside the 60-75 minutes each week to attend the live sessions. Additionally, there will be homework between sessions for each corresponding module. I would set aside at least 1 hour each week to complete the homework which may be made up of videos to watch, assessments to complete, and workbooks to fill out. There is more time between sessions after Module 4 as we move from a weekly cadence to a bi-weekly cadence. However, if you do not think you will be able to set aside the time, you will not get as much out of the program. This applies to both this program and 1:1 coaching.
I've had cohorts made up of all introverts. This program is designed to be accessible to both extraverts and introverts by building psychological safety, using small groups, and ensuring each person gets individual attention. I cap all the groups at 10 people currently for these reasons. But most importantly, all my attendees find immense value in going through this experience with like-minded peers. Don't undervalue the intimate community aspects.
This program is purposely kept small to ensure that everyone gets individualized attention throughout the program from Coach Jess Wass. However, if you would like more individual support, there are a few other opportunities. First, you can get email support throughout the program from Jess. Additionally, there is an opportunity to get 1:1 coaching through "Hot Seat Coaching" in two of the last sessions where you get to work with Jess on a challenge specific to you while the rest of the group listens. And lastly, there is an opportunity to add on two (2) 1:1 50-min coaching sessions with Jess when you purchase the Transformation Package. There is only space for 2 individuals per cohort to book this package so if you are interested, go ahead and let Jess know.
